• The Scangrip Canvik Plus is one of the most user-friendly coil spring compressors on the market.
• It makes dismantling of McPherson struts safer, easier and faster and handles more than 90% of all cars.
• It comes supplied with 2 sets of jaws, in sizes 80-120mmø and 80-200mmø, that feature a hard-waring polyurethane protective insert that improves safety considerably forming itself around and gripping the spring firmly to prevent it from slipping from the jaw.
• In addition, the insert protects the spring from scratches hence corrosion.
• It also comes delivered with a durable heavy-duty steel safety wire which has been designed to lock around the spring during compression for improved safety and to prevent the risk of injury.
• The large ergonomic adjusting knob makes manual positioning of the jaw fast and easy, before using a 27mm socket and wrench (or air ratchet) to tighten the drive nut and compress the spring.
• Vice mounted coil spring compressor for use on McPherson strut coil springs.
