Laser Tools 9303 EVIP 2 - Electric Vehicle Immobiliser Plug for Type 2

• The Laser EVIP 2 is designed to immobilise an electric vehicle by plugging directly into the Type 2 charge socket, tricking the vehicle into thinking it is waiting for charge.
• Once connected, even with the ignition on, the car cannot be driven, making it ideal for workshops when working on systems that require the ignition to be on.
• It was also developed for roadside recovery and emergency services when immobilising an accident-damaged or stranded vehicle is necessary.
• Applications: Vehicles fitted with a Type 2 charge port, including; Audi, BMW, BYD, Ford, Hyundai, Jaguar, Kia, Lucid Air, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Nissan Leaf (2018), Polestar, Porsche, Range Rover P400e, Renault, Smart, Tesla, Toyota, Volkswagen & Volvo.
• Effectively locks the vehicle drive train by utilising the EV charging protocol that prevents the vehicle from driving while plugged in.
