Modern electric vehicles require careful support during lifting operations to avoid damage to battery packs, underbody structures and manufacturer designated lifting points. The Laser Tools 9220 Universal Special Lift Pad has been specifically developed to provide a safe and reliable lifting interface for a wide range of EV applications.

Designed for use with Laser universal lifting pads, the block provides additional support and load distribution when lifting vehicles on scissor lifts, floor recessed lifts and conventional workshop vehicle lifts. Its specialist profile helps reduce pressure concentration while protecting vulnerable underbody areas.

Manufactured from recycled GreenLine 400 polyurethane, the lift pad offers significant advantages over traditional rubber blocks. Polyurethane is lighter, more durable and highly resistant to oils and workshop chemicals. It also provides greater flexibility, helping reduce the risk of pressure damage while maintaining excellent wear resistance.

The moulded stackable design incorporates interlocking slots that increase friction between pads and blocks, helping improve stability and reduce the risk of slippage during lifting operations.

Suitable for a wide range of electric vehicles from leading manufacturers, the 9220 is an essential addition to any workshop servicing modern EVs and hybrid vehicles.
