Is there a discount on the postage if I buy more than one item?
The software will automatically calculate the weight of the items at the check out point & place the order into the correct default weight & price category.
Can you dispatch my shipment to any address?
We only dispatch to the address of the registered card holder unless by prior arrangement, with the address confirmed by email.
Can I track my order?
Yes this possible upon request. Email your details and we will send the tracking reference & the link to the appropriate courier service.
Will I receive a Vat invoice?
Yes we automatically email you a copy at the time of the payment. Copies can always be supplied.
Why are the prices not shown inclusive of VAT?
We have business customers who are registered for VAT & it is usual for them to purchase using the net prices. To accommodate our private customers we have added a box showing the inclusive price of the item within the description photo & at the checkout.
Are my credit card details safe?
We do not keep any financial details. All the payment transactions are handled through the Protx secure server. Before a contract was signed with Protx great consideration & emphasis was taken by our legal & financial advises on this issue.
What warranty is given with my purchases?

What does it mean to Sign In /Save My Details?
Sign in is a feature offered to make your check out process quicker & smoother. If you choose to save the details all future transactions require just your password to check out.
I’ve forgotten my password what do I do?
Just tick the “forgotten password “ box & we will email your password automatically.
Once my order is submitted can I amend it?
No this is not possible via your PC, as most items are picked for dispatch within 30 minutes of the order. In some cases it may be possible to contact us by telephone to amend the order before dispatch. |
